Well, it's always a busy few weeks around Easter in the House of Madame Z - Adam's birthday was 4 days ago & it's Vaughn's birthday today. It's not only busy, but expensive. Vaughn treated himself to a new truck a few weeks ago, and just 2 days ago, my washing machine decided to die........all over the laundry room....... But, on a lighter note, I bought him a new front-load washing machine for his birthday! We had a great evening last night, went out with friends of ours to a fundraiser dinner & listened to some great big-band music. Vaughn even agreed (finally) to take ballroom dancing lessons! This morning we went out for a great Sunday brunch, & I made Vaughn his favorite dessert - Sex in a Pan.
All in all it was a very lovely weekend, aside from giving my 10yr old washer a proper burial.
