Now What???

They say all good things must come to an end. I remember the last episode of 'Seinfeld'. I remember when Taco Time stopped making jalapeno onion rings. I remember when Cover Girl stopped making 'Apple Butter' lipstick.

Today will be a day I will always remember, as well....

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry - to be grateful for the 94 free coffees I've consumed, or to go on an uncontrollable rampage because I've spent enough money to pay for a small country to get these 94 free coffees....

I will light a candle in memory, and I may break out into a rendition of "My Heart Will Go On", by Celine Dion. Either way, today is a day I won't soon forget.

Have a great day, everyone. Peace.

Oh for cripes sake......Unless I drink, say 4 coffees today, I will be losing some free ones. I always forget to use them.

Oo, tough break. So sorry. Well, you'll have happy memories to share with the person next to you while standing on line to pay for that 8th coffee.

I was so pissed when Subway stopped doing the sticker/card thing.

thanks for the condolences, everyone.

dh: yeah, I was really pissed when they stopped doing that too. wtf is up with these businesses???

I cried the day that Crayola stopped making my two favorite colors. Lemon yellow and blue-green were the bomb.

I think Subway stopped doing the sticker and card thing when they found that someone had ripped off a roll of stickers and was selling them on ebay.

It is sad that Starbucks is screwing you out of your free one. You would think they make big enough profits to keep the program going. The place is always packed.

netter: I completely agree - my daughter's friend worked at Subway back when they were in highschool & he used to steal the stickers all the time too.

All I can say is Starbucks better find some other promotion to compensate for my habit - don't you think?

Oh Darlene.
Sad, this is.
Perhaps it was because of you that they stopped.
I really think that you should get free coffees all of the time for your serious commitment and marketing for them.
I'll call the city.
(that's my new response for everything that is wrong.)

I don't know Darlene, I think Starbucks knows its making a mint off of you. I bet someone wants to put an extension on their house and they figure you are the one that will bank role it.

You better talk to Santa about this.

kare: you're home!!! We'll have to do coffee this weekend! Get John to call the city - maybe we'll end up on the news! LOL

nett: Santa better do SOMETHING, or his lapdances will be cut off. LOL
